UQalify, provider of the next-gen learning experience, announced the expansion of its executive leadership team as the company positions itself for continued growth. The new leadership team will now be led by the founder Thierry Lescrauwaet and newly joined Steve Vantorre, both Managing Partner, and Ria Van Gucht, Talent Solutions Director.
Steve Vantorre is excited to join UQalify stating that “UQalify is at a pivotal point as all the building blocks have been carefully created by Thierry and the team, and is ready to scale up now.”
Thierry Lescrauwaet adds that “With Steve’s strong skillset in analytics and his background in finance and operations, Steve will bring the sought-after expertise to grow our organisation. I am more than excited to work closely together!”
With this announcement, UQalify is also elevating Ria van Gucht to Talent Solutions Director.
Thierry is very pleased to announce that Ria is now part of the management team. “Over and over, Ria has made a real difference to me, the company and our customers. Therefore, this step is a logical one. We warmly welcome Ria in the leadership team!”
For Ria herself, the new role is a way to intensify her warm relationship with the company, “UQalify is making an important contribution to organisations already and I’m delighted to share my enthusiasm with (potential) clients even more!”
Thierry concludes that more exciting news is just around the corner as a couple of heavyweight experts are about to join UQalify in the near future. “Watch this space,” he jokingly adds.
